Work at Height Fall Protection (W@HFP)
Work at Height Fall Protection is a unique training module focused on basic knowledge of working safely at height. The program module is customized to focus mainly on preventing fall and avoid work related injuries and deaths. Fall protection plan also covers overhead platforms/ elevated work setup or into holes in the floor or wall. The module ensures workers/ technicians/ engineers can get safely to and from where they work at height and provide protection from falling objects or nearby fragile surfaces. It is targeted for the Engineers / Technicians / Riggers deployed by TATA Communications & also by its Contractors or Vendors for work at height activities including: Rooftop edge work, and Tower climbing (Multi-leg & GBM). W@HFP module is conducted on site across all telecom circles in India
Theory to Practical subjects is in ratio of 20:80. Initially, the theory is conducted in a class room preferably with a projection system. This is followed by the Practical training, which is conducted on site which should preferably be a Ground based or Roof top Multi-leg or GBM tower site

Training Requirements
Duration: 01 day (9 hours), Maximum participants: 10, Aadhaar Card is mandatory for all participants, Medical test certificate in the format approved by Tata before training, 05 Safety Kits required on practical site & Validity for ID card is 02 years.
