FARM – Refresher

FARM- Refresh Training is a concise training module meant only for those who are already FARM-ToCli certified. Primary purpose of this ‘Refresher Training’ is to update knowledge & skills of participants as per the revised content of the new Two Day FARM-ToCli training program that has a 2 year validity. This training will ensure people to refresh their skills, might have forgotten which was learnt in Farm-ToCli and focus on working safely at height. Program is only meant for those who have got a valid FARM-ToCli certificate. Those with expired certificates will not be considered for this refresher training and will require to undergo the revised 2 Day FARM-ToCli

Theory to Practical subjects is in ratio of 20:80. Initially, the theory is conducted in a class room preferably with a projection system. This is followed by the Practical training, which is conducted on site which should preferably be a Ground based or Roof top Multi-leg or GBM tower site

We focused on their rescue skills and give them different task on site to brush their skills and with the use of probing technique get to know how much they got remembered from their last Farm ToCli training. As of now COVID is part of our life, we focused on prevention & precautions to be taken at site and off-site all the time.

Training Requirements
Duration: 01 day (9 hours), Maximum participants: 10, Aadhaar Card is mandatory for all participants, Medical Required in VI approved format before training, 05 Safety Kits required on practical site, Tower Site permission is required for training day & Validity for ID card is 02 years.
