H-STAC

H-STAC (Height-Supervisor Training & Certification): H-STAC is a training module focused on imparting knowledge & skills for supervising various work at height activities at an Indus tower erection sites. The training module's target employee & applicability is ‘Supervisors’, who are to be deployed by the Contractors or Vendors of Indus for supervision of work at height activities during tower erection. It is hence a certification on work at height safety training program for Supervisors only.

Training Requirements
Duration: 01 day (9 hours), Maximum participants: 15, Aadhaar Card is mandatory for all participants, Permission for tower site is mandatory, 05 Safety Kits required on practical site & Validity for ID card is 02 years.
Medical certificates from an Indus-approved agency are mandatory for all 15 participants before the training.
