Electrical Safety
Electrical accidents are a major cause of on-the-job injuries and deaths each year. While corporations are making efforts to minimize fatal electrical injuries, the risk of workplace electrocutions, burns, fires and explosions remains serious.
Young and new workers have a high risk for electrical-related injury compared with more experienced workers. Occupational safety and health training remains fundamental element of hazard control in the workplace, and there is great potential to reduce electrical accidents/incidents through continuous training.
Force Tech's ‘Electrical Safety Training’ is designed to give participants information about safe work practices as well as ideal behavior & grooming standards of a safe worker which covers basics of electrical Safety, Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment & Controls, Prevention Measures, and Electrical Emergencies etc. and is developed by highly competent and experienced trainers.
The program is to engage the worker in recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazards associated with electrical work and relevant safety guidelines and to establish safe work practices that are intended to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts when work is performed near or on equipment or circuits which are, or may be energized and to comply with the safety standard on electrical safe work practices. Highlighting the importance of electricity safety and its role to cutting down risks of fire and electric shock in the electric utilities in the premises and reduce human and economic losses.
