Safety is the state of being "safe", the condition of being protected against physical, social, financial, occupational, psychological, or other types or consequences of failure, damage, error, accidents, harm or any other event which could be considered non-desirable. Safety can also be defined to be the control of recognized hazards to achieve an acceptable level of risk.

Our programmes address the need for safety comprehensively and the list of programmes includes:

  • Basic Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue is an intensive 2-day program and is constructed to meet the employer's obligation to train based on regulations as related to work on wireless communications and similar sites. Some specific areas addressed include site hazard assessment/inspection, mandated safety meetings, fall protection (PFAS and fall restraint techniques), fixed ladder usage, PPE and emergency contingency planning, including rescue techniques.
  • Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) is a process that helps employees identify and choose a safe behavior over an unsafe one. “Behaviour and accidents are both co-related”. Safety in the workplace is a combination of three measurable components: the person, their environment, and their behavior. In the workplace we cannot underestimate, on a daily basis, the degree to which our behavior is influencing (positively or negatively) the behavior of those we work with. Accordingly, starting with our own behavior is an important mechanism to influence behavior change at work, or anywhere else.
  • Electrical Safety - Our comprehensive programme on Electrical Safety covers basics of electrical Safety, Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment & Controls, Prevention Measures, and Electrical Emergencies etc. and is developed by highly competent and experienced trainers.
  • Road Safety. We are committed to preventing or eliminating road deaths and serious injuries during road accidents. This programme aims at bringing about a culture change through personal & community engagement for a safe travel environment
  • Defensive Driving. A large majority of people drive vehicles – two wheelers and four wheelers every day, be it for work, household chores, or just for an outing. While driving, we are surrounded by numerous hazards which put our lives at risk.
Our programme on Defensive Driving goes beyond mastery of the rules of the road and the basic mechanics of driving. Its aim is to reduce the risk of collision by anticipating dangerous situations, despite adverse conditions or the mistakes of others. This is achieved through adherence to a variety of general rules, as well as the practice of specific driving techniques.
  • Office & Ergonomic Safety. Working professional spend approximately   8 – 10 hours of their time every day in office environments. Our programme makes people aware of hazards and risks in the workplace such as slip and trip hazards, fire hazards, problems caused by incorrectly designed furniture etc., and how they can mitigate these risks and be safe.
  • Employee Safety & Health: We provide support programmes and services to help your employees live healthier and safer lives – at work, home and on the road. This is good for your people and good for your business. Our programmes extend to your employees loved ones, too. We understand that when loved ones are in harm’s way, employees can’t help but be preoccupied and worried about them.
