We use successful evaluation methodologies such as Donald Kirkpatrick’s Learning Evaluation Model, Stone’s Measurement and ROI process among others to measure effectiveness of our training solutions and interventions.
Our performance – centred framework has three components which assure the client that his needs will be met.

In the twenty – first – century workplace, isolated solutions rarely get results. Single solutions such as setting a goal or sending someone to training does not necessarily drive the desired performance change.
