Competency Mapping

We work very closely with clients to conduct Competency Mapping requirements. Our process involves:

  • Understanding details of the job to be performed and preparing the Job Description
  • Conducting a Task Analysis
  • Describing Knowledge, Skill and Attitudinal Dimensions of each competency
  • Deriving different levels of competence for each task
  • Assigning quantitative values / qualitative descriptions for each task
