Assessment & Development Centres

We conduct Assessment & Development Centres for clients’ which involves the use of multiple evaluation techniques, including various types of job-related simulations, interviews and psychological tests. Simulations are designed to bring out behaviour relevant to the most important aspects of the position or level for which assesses are being considered.

As participants work through the simulations, they are observed by our team of expert assessors (usually 2 -3) who evaluate behaviour and knowledge levels. Assessors observe different participants in each simulation, take notes, share their observations and agree on evaluations.

The assessors’ final assessment is in the form of a written report giving recommendations for selection of successful candidates.
